Description

Sometimes we get product from our factory that doesn't pass our Quality Control Standards. Often time these chairs are fixable and can have the long life every Crazy Creek deserves!

Tier 1 chairs have only had minor repairs, mostly more stitching on the stay pockets (see Tier 1 Images) or only 1 stay pocket repair. We will cover the repair for 1 year! If there is ever an issue with the chair let us know we will make it right!

Features

A minor factory flaw brought these chairs back to our Red Lodge shop, where our third‑generation sewing expert completed the repair using the same materials and methods we use in production. Every chair has been inspected, tested, and certified to meet Crazy Creek standards.
