After 38 years of crafting the comfiest camp chairs on the planet, we know your Crazy Creek isn’t just gear: it’s a trail buddy, a concert companion, a fireside storyteller. If your chair’s seen better days but still holds a special place in your heart (and your pack), let’s see if we can bring it back to life.

We’re all about keeping good gear out of the landfill and on the trail. So here’s how it works:

Step 1:

Fill out the form below.

Tell us what’s going on with your chair. We’ll take a look and let you know if it’s something we can fix or if it’s a warranty item.

 Step 2:

Ship it in.

If it’s a go, we’ll ask you to send it our way. There’s just a small $15 fee to cover return shipping. We’ll handle the repair, our treat! That’s right: Crazy Creek covers the cost of time and materials to get your chair trail-ready again.

 Step 3:

Repair, Recycle, or Replace.

If we can’t fix it once we’ve seen it in person, we’ll reach out with options. We can recycle it responsibly or offer you a discount on a replacement. Either way, your chair’s story continues.

Warranty?

We’ve got you.

If it turns out to be a warranty issue, we’ll replace your chair and recycle the old one, or send it back to you as a keepsake of all those epic adventures.
